Services are performed in Cuyahoga Falls and the surrounding communities in Ohio.
We reserve the right to decline any project that falls outside our service area, scope of capabilities, or that we determine cannot be completed to our quality standards.
All estimates provided by Precision Cuyahoga Falls Concrete are based on a site visit and the information available at the time of the estimate. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
Estimates may be revised if site conditions differ materially from what was observed at the time of the estimate, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions (such as buried obstructions, unstable soil, or utility conflicts) are encountered during the project. We will notify you of any required price adjustments before proceeding with affected work.
Verbal estimates or ballpark figures communicated informally are not binding. Only written, signed estimates constitute a commitment to price.
Project start dates are scheduled based on permit approval, crew availability, and weather conditions. We make reasonable efforts to maintain agreed start dates, but delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather, permit processing times, or material availability.
Concrete work requires temperatures to remain above freezing for a period following the pour. We reserve the right to reschedule any pour date that falls within a forecast window of unsafe conditions, without penalty.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or permits have been pulled may be subject to fees to cover costs already incurred. Any applicable cancellation terms will be specified in the written contract for your project.
Payment terms are specified in the written contract for each project. Most projects require a deposit prior to the start of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. The specific deposit amount and payment schedule will be stated in your written agreement.
Accepted payment methods are specified in the project contract. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the contract.
If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to filing a mechanics lien on the property in accordance withOhio law.
